Skilled Legal Defense: Gary Ostrow

In a world going crazy, Attorney Gary Ostrow stands out as a criminal defense lawyer. This type of attorney makes it their primary goal in life to defend those people and/or companies that have been charged with some type of criminal offense, from felonies to misdemeanors. Mr. Ostrow is experienced with every aspect of the legal process, from apprehension to search/seize techniques, the arrest itself, and witness testimony.

To appreciate the experience that Mr. Ostrow presents, remember that attorneys are well-schooled in the different aspects of the law that they wish to defend. They do not work to prove guilt or innocence per se, they work to make the life of each client better in the best way that they can. This can mean convincing a prosecutor to drop charges, reducing sentences, granting appeals, and similar actions as well.

A great deal of attorneys are scared to tackle public defense or criminal defense because of the very serious nature of the majority of these crimes. Mr. Ostrow is among the elite attorneys who choose to make a difference in the realm of criminal defense, where society’s toughest cases are often represented in a life and death struggle to stay off of death row. He has made his name among the toughest cases imaginable over the last twenty years.

Since the early 1980s, Gary Ostrow has been dedicated to representing those clients who have been charged with crimes related to drunk driving. His free initial consultation helps to establish a successful defense for these complicated charges. Even though these cases can be very tricky, Mr. Ostrow is up to the task and is famous for securing acquittals and other favorable results.

The public seems to take special interest in cases that involve DUIs and/or DWI charges. The only approach is to hire a team of attorneys who will work hard to protect your right to drive with a clear record and avoid jail time or hefty fines or social stigma.

If you have been charged with driving under the influence (driving while drunk), whether serious injuries, property damage, manslaughter, or vehicular homicide have been involved or not, it is important to find competent legal counsel right away, before time runs out to build the right defense in your individual case. The experts at Gary Ostrow’s office are there to help, and only a phone call away.

Gary Ostrow fights very enthusiastically to save his clients’ rights from harm and obtain victorious jury rulings. Because of that, he has acquired more than four hundred not-guilty, innocent, or acquittals for his clients. Clients can trust that he will do everything in his power to keep them out of jail and with a clean name.

If you need a Fort Lauderdale Criminal Defense attorney, Gary Ostrow is your man. Regardless of your accused crime, Gary has the background and the knowledge that it takes to fight for your rights. Learn more about Gary now.

Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage in Georgia

Most people have very little understanding of their rights under their own uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage in Georgia . Known also as UM coverage or UIM coverage, this car insurance product allows you to turn to your own insurer if the other driver in an accident has no insurance or can’t be found, if that driver’s liability limits are too low to cover the full extent of your losses. For example, if you suffered $150,000 in medical and hospital expenses resulting from an accident caused by a driver with only $50,000 in liability insurance, you could not collect more than $50,000 from that driver’s insurer.

Officers Get Away With El Monte Police Brutality

Members of the El Monte Police Department are getting off easy for beating a car chase suspect, where prosecutors have decided not to charge the two police officers involved in the beatings. Because the two men are not being charged, it looks as though they won’t be needing Los Angeles criminal defense attorneys, but they may have to deal with angry members of the public for a long time. Officers George Fierro, 41, and James Singleterry, 40, were seenĀ at the end of a televised high-speed pursuitĀ kicking the car chase suspect in the head and hitting the suspect’s arm with a flashlight when the suspect had already been lying on the ground.

District Attorney Steve Cooley Writes New Body-Armor Legislation …

I would like to point out that Dale Burgess asked me to confirm for the IRS Commissioner’s Staff and the Treasury Department that my lawyers understood this was criminal tax fraud and confirmed that he would answer a subpoena and testify to the fact …. I was initially told that Cohen and Kory went into Lindsey’s office and accused me of having sex with Oliver Stone.

The Wonderful World of Prostitution

Everyone in California should be aware that prostitution, solicitation, pandering and loitering are all against the law. Licensed prostitution houses are legal in certain regions of Nevada, but here in the golden state, the law has no tolerance for such behavior. In large cities like Los Angeles, people are often wrongfully arrested on prostitution charges for simply being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
